Miss America 2011 rings the opening bell at the NASDAQ in New York.

Sam Haskell, chairman of the Miss America Organization, and Teresa Scanlan, the newly crowned 2011 Miss America, preside over the opening bell ceremony at the NASDAQ on January 18, 2011 in New York City. Scanlon, of Gerig, Nebraska, was crowned during the 90th anniversary of the Miss America Pageant held in Las Vegas.
